Alongside my clinical work, I have experience as an exercise specialist and coach, with a professional sporting background and knowledge of exercise physiology. This combination has given me a deeper understanding of how targeted movement and muscle strengthening support recovery in a wide range of health conditions.
Together, these experiences have shaped how I write — combining clinical expertise with practical rehabilitation insight to create health content that’s clear, evidence-based, and genuinely useful. My aim is to turn complex medical ideas into information people can understand, apply, and genuinely benefit from.
In my current role as a practicing Orthotist, I write a wide range of professional healthcare documents — including Patient Information Leaflets (PILs), competency frameworks, and SOAP notes. I also produce clear, well-structured clinical reports and care plans designed to support multidisciplinary teams and improve patient understanding.
Beyond clinical documentation, I’ve contributed to research and published articles focusing on rehabilitation, complex diseases, biomechanics, and patient communication. My writing combines clinical precision with exercise knowledge, turning complex information into content that’s accurate, practical, and genuinely useful.
